R.E.A.C.H. leadership academy program includes a leadership curriculum program through the Points of Light Youth Leadership Institute. The curriculum is developed by the Center for Creative Leadership, an international research and educational institution dedicated to the study and teaching of effective leadership principles. The program includes both classroom instruction and experimental training. The curriculum features a challenging series of lessons and exercises on community need analysis, goal setting, team building, project planning, decision making, and other leadership dynamics. The curriculum also includes field trips and an actual service project conducted by the participants.
