Promotes
leadership knowledge and practices through the
leadership academy. Participants are exposed to
topics such as: financial management, team
building, business plans, and organizational
development. Upon successful completion of the
academy, the student will have gained an
understanding and knowledge of the functions and
responsibilities of being in a leadership
position. Participants will have gained an
understanding of how to apply skills and
implement strategies to “real life”
challenges that affect the success and
achievements of an organization.
